February I Am Roses Challenge
Hello! It is the month of love and what better way to start off than with a love themed challenge over at the I Am Roses Challenge Blog. I made this shadow box from a candy box I received last year. I covered it in paper, gessoed and painted. My challenge was to use ribbon and pink and yellow flowers. Such a pretty color palette!
I cut out this little lady and fastened her with some wings and a crown. A banner with some baker’s twine is drapped across the top. I incorporated some ribbon at the top to use as a door hanger.
Hop on over to the Challenge Blog to check out the DT’s awesome projects and join in.
Absolutely Darling, Kate! I just love when you can use something that you’ve been saving to create something new and unique out of it! What a sweet door hanger! You are sooo creative 🙂 Thanks for sharing 🙂 XOXO-Shari
